Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Barber Stash. We take great pride in our reputation for quality, and it is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We handle returns on a case-by-case basis, with the goal of ensuring our customers are satisfied. We stand behind our products and are committed to supporting you with all your grooming needs.


Submit a Return Request

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. In the Email field, enter your email address and click Continue.

  3. Open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code.

  4. Return to the online store and enter the six-digit code.

  5. Click on the order you wish to submit a return for.

  6. Select the items you want to return (if your order has multiple items).

  7. Choose a return reason and add a note for the store. If you want a replacement, include it in the notes.

  8. Click Request Return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. Once the product is returned, a refund will be issued.


Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Chemicals, liquids, aerosols

  • Clipper/trimmer blades

  • Scissors/shears

  • Razors/razor holders


Return Guidelines

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer.

  • Refunds are issued for the merchandise cost minus the original shipping cost and are subject to a up to 20% restocking fee.

  • If an item is inspected and found used, the customer may incur return shipping charges or a 50% restocking fee in addition to shipping costs.

  • All returned items must include the sales receipt, original packaging, warranty cards, instructions, and be in new condition. Returns must be adequately packed inside a shipping carton.


Warranty & Defective Machines

All defective machines must be sent to the manufacturer for warranty service (Wahl, Andis, Babyliss, Oster, JRL, Gamma+/SC).

  • Returns for Wahl, Andis, Babyliss, or Oster machines must be new and unused, with all original documentation and accessories.

  • Refunds will be issued minus a 20% restocking fee and any applicable shipping costs after inspection.


Damaged Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged (visible or concealed):

  1. Have the delivery driver note the damage on the freight bill.

  2. Notify the carrier to inspect the merchandise.

  3. File a claim for damages immediately.

Keep the original packaging and item until the claim is settled. Do not reship the package.


Undeliverable Packages (Return to Sender)

  • A 20% restocking fee plus applicable shipping charges applies to packages returned for reasons beyond our control.


Missing or Stolen Packages

  • If your package shows as delivered but cannot be found, contact us immediately for assistance.

  • For stolen packages, we can guide you through the process. Please have all shipping details ready.

  • If you need a tracking number or invoice, contact us anytime, and we will provide the information.
